How to change your plan

Overview

Plan changes are managed through account settings or support, depending on your tenant configuration.

Steps

  1. Open the user menu (Seb in the bottom-left).
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Check for subscription or plan options.
  4. If no plan controls are available, open Feedback and request a plan change with your preferred tier and effective date.

Troubleshooting

  • If Settings is unavailable, confirm your role permissions.
  • If billing controls are missing, submit via Feedback and include your account/client name.
