How to connect your GPS tracking service

Overview

Set up telematics connectivity so Nuonic can sync trip and vehicle activity for FTC and analytics workflows.

Steps

  1. Open Dashboard and review the quick start item Connect your telematics system.
  2. Open the connection workflow from the quick start card.
  3. Provide provider connection details as prompted.
  4. Validate that assets are linked by opening Asset Management > Register.
  5. Use Link Assets to Telematics to complete any missing links.
  6. Confirm data flow in Tax Credits > GPS Apportionment.

Troubleshooting

  • If no devices are linked, recheck provider credentials and asset/device identifiers.
  • If no trip data appears after linking, allow for sync time and verify date range.
