How to transition from Prism to Nuonic

Overview

If you are an existing Prism user, you can use your current Prism login details to access Nuonic for the first time. You will then be prompted to set a new password for Nuonic before signing in again.

Steps

  1. Open the Nuonic login page at https://web.nuonic.com.au/login?return-url=%2Fhome.
  2. Sign in using your existing Prism email address and password.
  3. Follow the prompt to set a new password for Nuonic.
  4. Sign in again using your email address and your new Nuonic password.
  5. Confirm you can access your Nuonic account.

Troubleshooting

  • If you do not remember your Prism password, open https://web.prismapp.com.au and select Forgot your password?, then complete the reset steps before trying again in Nuonic.
  • If you still cannot access your account, contact support@nuonic.com.au.
