How to create your first GPS-calculated FTC report

Overview

Use this guide to access Nuonic FTC reporting in two ways:

  • Monthly downloadable reports (PDF/Excel) in Tax Credits > GPS Apportionment > Scheduled reports.
  • Dynamic on-screen results for any period using View details cards on the GPS Apportionment page.

Steps

  1. Sign in to Nuonic and confirm your client is selected.
  2. In the left navigation, go to Tax Credits.
  3. Select GPS Apportionment.
  4. Set the Date range to the period you want to review.
  5. Scroll to Scheduled reports.
  6. Open View reports to access monthly report files.
  7. Download the required PDF or Excel report for the month you need.
  8. For dynamic period-based analysis, return to the top Results summary cards.
  9. Select View details on a metric card (for example distance, fuel, or FTC) to open detailed data tables for the selected date range.

Troubleshooting

  • If GPS Apportionment is missing, confirm your user has the required feature access.
  • If Scheduled reports has no files, confirm monthly processing has completed for that reporting month.
  • If View details data looks incomplete, recheck the Date range and confirm GPS/fuel inputs were uploaded for that period.
